The WEEE regulation in China is the rules and regulations on the waste of electrical and electronic equipment. The third-party the company which is recycling the products given by the importers should check the appearance of the crossed bin on the product is there or not, if the product contains any harmful substances then it is mentioned on the product or not, the code of the company which is doing the recycling process is there or not. All these things have to be inspected before the completion of the recycling process. For this process, the importers have to clearly mention the details in the Import-Export data, suppliers and the company which is going to complete the process of recycling the products.

In the mainland China, if you are a manufacturer or an importer of electrical and electronic the equipment then you have to strictly follow the legal rules and regulations of WEEE in the country. The main purpose of the WEEE regulations is to increase the recycling products of electrical and electronic equipment and to reduce the amount of waste material in the dumping ground. The rules and regulations of WEEE also include the various duties for manufacturers and importers such as providing detailed information of the products to the suppliers/exporters, ensuring the presence of the crossed bin symbol on the product, providing a detailed and accurate report of Import-Export data to the exporters or suppliers.
